question for debb

am suffering from panic attacks since 1st failed cycle, just need advice please, how did u get over yours??

Hi aal, Sorry to hear you are having these damned panic attacks. They are truly awful! I have never had them before and they seemed to start just as term ended. I seemed to just fall apart and spent 4 days crying and not wanting to go on holiday. Though some bad things had happened to me those last 6 months; (best friend died and had a very stressful time at school with a child from hell), I think the hormones and the failed cycle was the last straw. I didn't see it coming either! Just woke up and that was it. However, I went away and that helped and it was then just a matter of time. Which does not help you much I know. I didn't go to the Docs but I think I should have done. The support of dh, cousin and other best pal was invaluable and I just tried to relax and sit in the sun. Which has gone now sad to say. You will get over these, I hope it does not take too long. Believe it or not I feel really positive now and raring to go at end of Oct.
