Just did my transfer.....and have a dumb question.......

Post by MyBoyParker »

I know we're supposed to take it easy for the first couple of days, and I have been. But does anyone else get paranoid about every movement??? LOL Like when I cough really hard, I'm afraid I'll jar them loose or something. LOL Yes, I know I'm a dork. I'm sure they can't "jar loose" but I still get paranoid. Is anyone else like I am, or am I the only one????

Hey there... I completely understand... I had a sneezing fit 2 days after my transfer and I just knew that I had knocked them loose, etc. I was a nervous wreck. However, I can tell you that it did not matter as both of my embies took. I sort of took "take it easy" to mean no sudden movements, aerobic activity, etc. I even walked slower, stayed out of the stairwells, etc. for the first week or so. I hope this helps!

I've seen a few studies that tried to find an association between bed rest after transfer and implantation. They found none.

Consider the natural pregnancy as a model. Those women typically go about normal activities.

I'd probably cut out the bungee jumping, though.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
