we had an ivf cycle my wife took the hcg shot on june 15 we are due for the blood test tomorrow july 1. we could not wait so she took a home pregnancy test on june 29 and it came back positive with a light color line today june 30 she took another one and it came back positive and the line was darker is this a good sign going to the blood test tomorrow

Cant say for sure, but I would take it as a great sign! Everything I have heard says the trigger is out of your system after ten days, so if its been longer than that the positive test should be accurate!! Hope you have a great beta tomm!! Let us know!

Sounds like you are PG to me. CONGRATS and enjoy. Usually you can have a false negative but rarely and false negative. It only takes 10 days to get the HCG out of the system so I shouldn't be any leftover from the HCG shot.

I took my hpt 8 days after hcg shot and got my +. SO I think that a big congrats is in order !!!!! It on average takes 10 days for the trigger shot to leave system,
