Anyone w/ Spotting/Bleeding after coming off Progesterone?

I'm just curious of any of you experienced any kind of "progesterone withdrawal" spotting/bleeding. I finished up my Progesterone treatment on Sunday morning. When I woke up on Monday morning, I had started spotting. I am still spotting today. Fortunately it has been dark brown in nature, but also includes some "stringy" stuff which leads me to believe I am shedding something. Just wondering if any of you had a similar experience. Just trying not to go crazy and call my doctor for an emergency u/s to make sure everything is okay.

Today my doc called and said that I could reduce my progesterone suppositories from 3x/day to 2x/day and I am noticing some spotting... I don't really see it on the liner, but more on the end of the applicator stick. I did have some spotting before even when I was on the 3x/day but it just seemed like a little more. I just hope this doesn't turn into heavy bleeding and just goes away....everytime I see a little blood it freaks me out.
