Oh No - I screwed up

Post by NicoleMarieLG »

I take 3 suppositories a day of prometrium (plus estridol). Tonight I forgot I had already put in my third prometrium and I put in a fourth! How bad is too much progesterone?

Too much progestrone

Post by legalndn »

Hey there,

I am 12w4d and during my first 3 months my progestrone injections were increased from 1cc to 1.5 and the 2cc at the end. I also increased from one to two vaginal capsules. I actually asked to increase my progestrone to the 2cc's b/c I didn't like my numbers and I was told that the extra progesterone would not hurt anything. So no worries - you are fine.

Not to worry.

There is no such thing as too much progesterone. Clinics try to keep your progesterone levels above their minimums, but they don't worry about it as long as it's above the minimum.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
