On my last ICSI Cycle I had 2 eggs one fert!!! but one fert abnormally!! now Im not sure how this happens can you shed some light?? as I know that it can be more than one sperm entering the egg but we had ICSI so didnt think it would be possible???? what are the other reasons for abnormal fertilisation??

You're correct, that won't happen with ICSI. Another possibility is some defect in the egg or the single sperm that caused a failure to fertilize.
Your embryologist saw the oocyte (and its pronuclei) and can shed more light on this.
