Help - I am getting sick days before EC

Does anyone know if they will make me stop the protocol if I come down with some sort of bug the day before I am to take my HCG? I know it is the middle of the night but I am freaking out if anyone is out there. <br><br>Gayla

Hi Gayla<br><br>The only reason i know for them stopping it after the ec stage is if you are likely to get OHSS. In that case they would normally not go through with et but freeze the eggs and wait a month or so for the system to calm down. Are you feeling nauseos at all? Is your tummy very distended? Have you been drinking the recommended amount of water? Don't think they stop it if you have a cold or mild flu. hope this helps. beckym xxx
