I have thinking about the embryos and their quality in my 2ww. Who isnt right? anyway I was just thinking that I had 7 eggs fertilize w/icsi and they looked good the next day. Day three there was an 8 cell and a 6 cell that looked "really good" (no grade given) so we transferred those two. Our re told us at that time the other five were not looking so hot but we would wait and see if they did better. They did not and none made it to freeze. I guess Im just wondering if that means the two they transferred were not of great quality or is it normal to see a big range in the quality of embryos once they are fertilized? I am scared that none making it to freeze says something about the two that were transferred. Thanks for any thoughts guys!!
PS. Just wanted to say a huge THANKS to ghost and ivf nurse for spending time on this message board. I know it is such a huge comfort to the ladies on here to get real educated information. You guys rock!

Thanks for the kind words.
Not to worry. It's routine that some few embryos make it while most do not. Having surplus embryos to freeze would have been a good sign, correlating with a higher chance of pregnancy. But you received the best of the bunch. That 8-cell has ideal progress for a day 3. Cycles like yours are very common and they often work out to live birth.
Try not to worry about what details might have been better (more eggs, more frozens, more cells, higher grades, thicker endometrium, whatever). The fact is very almost nobody has the ideal cycle with everything perfect. They still often work out.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
