Ok ladies, I'm about to hit the magical 12 week mark on Tues. Going to for NT scan on that day as weel. However, my question to you guys were any of you scared to have sex after first trimester? I'm totally terrified something is going to go wrong? I guess because four years ago when I was pregnant me and hubby had sex and two days later I had a m/c. I know the doctor will probably say that having sex will not cause m/c but did any experience this fear? If so how in the world did you get past it? I'm 11 weeks and 5days pregnant with twins

First of all congrats on your twins!!! That is very exciting.

I have only had to chemical pregnancies so far (start stimming for my third tomorrow), but I can completely understand how you feel. I am so afraid to do anything, including having sex prior to the stimming meds that might cause a problem.

I think it is safe at your point though. When I got the first beta on my first IVF the nurse told me it was safe to have sex after 7 weeks.

I hope everything goes great with the US.

Congratulations on TWINS :) I think it's safe now as long as you had no complications like bleeding or spotting. But I can completely understand the fear.... I wouldn't let DH come near the fun zone while I was preg! I guess you can ease into it ... ask DH to be extra gentle until you feel a little more comfy ~
