My doc told me that a little brown spotting is ok...since brown means old blood which could have been left over from implantation. You should definitely notify your doc if your blood turns red or clotty. But then again a friend of mine bled red for almost her entire pregnancy and she has a healthy baby girl.

IVF4: dec/jan Dear Lord..please let this be the one.
Brown spotting is common and is supposed to be much less of a concern than red. IVFNurse would know this much better than I do.
Report everything to your clinic, though.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
I bled a ton with my BFP and it was fine. The initial stuff was implantation bleeding. I bet that is what you are seeing. Its brown cause its old blood trickling down from where you little peanut implanted!!!
Spotting is very common in the first trimester of pregnancy. As the pregnancy grows it continues to imbed into the endometrial lining causing small breaks in the endometrium. The brownish spotting means old blood which is probably due to that reason. Also the cervix is very soft and full of blood so any manipulation even straining to have a bm could cause a little spotting. Put a mini pad on and if it gets heavy, with cramping and low back ache call your doctor. I would let him/her know at your next visit regardless.
I am an infertility nurse and I work in a major IVF facility. I am willing to answer questions and give guidance, however, since I am not treating you, only your physician can give you the most accurate information.
Ronnie- No I did not, but I didnt do alot of stuff either. First of all, I was SO tired I could barly function so I took alot of naps when I got home from work and the same on the weekend.
I did take it easy, because I was tired and mostly to ease my mine. By my 3rd beta the spotting had stopped completley. It would come on and off. Sometimes I would go a day without any, then it would show up again. I was also having LOTS of sexual dreams followed by the big O and cramping that first week, so that could have been a factor of the spotting lasting so long as well.
