has anyone ever headr of him.. he believes that bacteria in the uterus can effect ability to get pregant and uses a course of stron antibiotics and intrauterine lavs to cure the problems..

Interesting, I'd not heard of it before, but my new clinic does give both partners a course of ABx before the 'downregging' can start....
