cramping during 2ww...please help.

Post by snapper »

About 1 day before my transfer I started getting period type cramps...I looked around on line and asked the nurses at my clinic...all of which said this is normal and probably due to the progesterone supplements.

Now I am 2 days post transfer and the cramps are back. I am so worried...how can an embryo implant with my uterus cramping like this? Do you think it's still due to the progesterone...will this affect my chances? Anyone else experience this?

well i didn't cramp prior to ET. but if you had a fresh cycle, it could be a combination of things definitely including progesterone. I had a FET and I had started cramping 6dp5dt. I was scared too. it could be implantation now, or still the progesterone.
I can't say not to worry, b/c I did, but definitely try to think positive, that if it is implantation cramping great, if it is progesterone great, that means something good is going on in there.

I cramped during the whole two week wait. I felt just like I was going to start my period, but fortunately I never did!! I am now 17 weeks pregnant. Good luck. I know how hard it is not to obsess over ever thing.
