Any experiences with Subchorionic hematomas?

I am finishing up my 11th week of pregnancy (twins) and started bleeding red. I was sent to the hospital where an ultrasound showed that I have two dark spots that may be subchorionic hematomas. Doctor says that there is also a small chance that they may be empty gestational sacs from the other embryos that did not make it (we transferred 5). We are very scared The doctor has prescribed bedrest.

Has anyone else had this or have any information you can share? I am reading both scary and reassuring things on the Internet. Any information or experiences are greatly appreciated.

I had one when i was pregnant with my son. They are not that uncommon and usually amount to nothing.
