Cervical polyp causing trouble

Hi ladies!
TMI time again!

I have been cramping lately and having strange discharge all along this pregnancy. I have literally had a rainbow come out of the "foofer" during this entire process! (Red, pink, white, yellow, tan, brown...)
Apparently, a tiny cervical polyp has now grown to the size of a frozen pea and is causing irritation! This is a problem because:
a.) I don't like the rainbow of colors, they make me panic!
and
b.) I am entering into the "dream" stage of pregnancy where I am either having nightmares or intense, sexy dreams which aggrivate the polyp and cause more fun colors and discharge to appear!

I am really frustrated. Anyone else experiencing this or have delt with this? Is it going to keep growing? Am I going to need a C-section to avoid this thing?
