Hi all,
After a few months post delivery, I realized that the area right above my belly button is hard and distended and quite unattractive. My doctor said it's an umbilical hernia. It doesn't hurt right now, so he said I could just leave it. Has anyone else had this? If so, what did you do? Thanks!
