Ghost or IVF nurse, question re stimms

This is my second IVF cycle. My first I did long lupron protocol. Stimmed on Gonal F 225 for 12 days, had 7 follies, range from 13-22mm and 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized, 2 survived to 3dt. It was successful, I have a 2yo son from that cycle.

IVF#2- BCPs for suppression, agonist protocol. Gonal F 300 units for the first 7 days, then added Ganererix 25 and Luveris 75. (Leading follie was 12 (and a bunch under 10mm) and E2 was 609.
day 9 stimms 4 measurable follies 12-13mm, E2 846

Now- I've done 11 days of stimms, had another appt this morn.
I have 11 follies between 13-16, E2 of 1725.

At this point on my first IVF cycle they had me stimm one more day, then came in for one more monitoring appt, I triggered that night.

The nurse called and says to do 150units Gonal F tonight and tomorrow, and continue the 75 luveris and 25 Ganerelix.
Then go in for monitoring on friday.

Ummm.. that is 13 days of stimms? Why lower the dose and lengthen the cycle?
Also- they gave me the scripts, wouldn't they know That I only have one dose of Ganerelix left? Eeek!!!!
