What does BFN or BFP Stand For?

Sorry I am a newbie here, and I see alot of people have BFN or BFP beside there cycle results, can someone explain what this is? I am starting my first IVF cycle in DEcember with a donor egg and am trying to get all the info I can, Thanks.

BFN: BIG FAT NEGATIVE
