DH born w/o Vas Deferens

I'm very new to all this! Very scared.
I'm 25, DH 40
After TTC for 2.5 years, we just found out Friday that my DH was born without his Vas Deferens (tube that carries sperm from the testicals). We were briefly told from his urologist that they can take his sperm directly from the testicals and do IVF ICIS. Just wondering if anyone else has this same problem and has gone thru the same thing? So many ?'s, so little answers...

1st of all WELCOME! I'm sure you've looked around and know that this site is full of wonderful women and men dealing with infertility and overcoming it!

I have read about quite a few couples that have had significant male problems - and have had great success. It will not be so comfortable I think for dh but they go and get the sperm and it usually works
