I just came back from my baseline ultrasound and my RE said my lining was too thick and I may have to cancel the cycle. Has this ever happened to anyone?
My RE just called and said that my e2 level is at 14 and we can proceed. Is 14 considered good?
Wow - 14 is really low, I don't know if that is good or bad. Most RE's want your # to be lower then 70 or 80. So your number is fine. It shows that your ovaries are resting quit nicely. Can I have that #. My problem is that my E2 level to too high to start. Good luck with your cycle.

14 is a good baseline number in order to start your cycle. They want it around there. As the days go by the E2 should get higher. My E2 were as follows: initially 16, 169, 729, 3300 (at this point they triggered me that night) This number reflects on the quality of the follicles but the higher the number gets, sometimes it can put you at risk for OHHS. Ive read that some peoples RE has actually cancelled the cycle if the E2 got too high for fear of OHHS. My RE said theyve done people up to 9000 and not cancelled the cycle so it just depends on your RE.
