Am in day 9 after transfer, didn't have to cook for Thanksgiving. SMILE
I would love to find a support partner. If you are out there, let's be scared and hormonal together! LOL
Me. 38 this is my 3rd attempt with a frozen embryo transfer 11/26
1 pregnancy ended in week 8
1 didn't work at all.
I went to another Dr who tried 3 times before but something was screwy there, we could never get our dates together and the guy did some type of biopsy during my transfers so I don't count those attempts as valid.
I started spotting on day 7 and am hoping it was just implantation bleeding and since it has almost stopped completely I am still hopeful.
Good Luck to you all and may God Bless you all or give you understanding as to why it didn't work this time.
Hi Totmom- in a similiar boat! I too am 38 and we did our 3rd IVF transfer on Nov 17- did our first Beta last Mon and got a BFP! We too lost a pregnancy at 8 weeks last time (twins.) I love to cook so was sad that I didn't get to do Thanksgiving this year but can understand how it would make most smile not having to undertake it! We go for our first U/S on Mon I believe. Had some light pink spotting today but am trying not to worry. So hard being an IVF'er especially after losing. I too had an edometrial biopsy which is suppose to help with implantation.
I pray for you and for us that this time it will result in happy, healthy babies.
Thank you for your kind words, was great and prayed up yesterday then today I started with the lite brown stuff again... I'm trying to stay focused and tell myself that this is all in the Lords hands and not mine, it's hard to submit right now. Right now I think I'm doing the footprint in the sand thing and Jesus has the worst back ache from hauling me around all this time. SMILE
Thank you for the words of encouragement, I hope we all end up knocked up or knocked out which ever relieves us of the preasure of trying to be sucessful. LOL
