This morning, I had to receive a vaccine. The vaccine has to be injected in the upper part of the buttocks, so the nurse had me take position, and then she said, "Don't be surprised, madam, I always give the injection site a good slap because that way, patients don't feel the injection that much. Okay, here we go!"
WHAM!
And just as I was wondering how long she'd wait until she did the injection... she said, "Okay, all done!" For the first time of my life, I can say I really didn't feel a thing! I found the experience so hillarious that I had to share it with you guys, in case you have to be injected there too for whatever reason. I wonder if it would work with PIO injections... who knows?
