Before I use the answering service and call my RE, I though I would ask you all here . I have been on BCP for 10 days in prep for my 2nd IVF cycle. I missed a pill last night because I lost them. I have a new pack now but am wondering if I should take 1 or 2 pills. Also - I have bleeding today- is this because I missed the pill? Will this screw up my cycle? I am due to start Letrozole next week, and stims on the 23rd.

I would definitely call you doctor. Though I think its ok to double pill, I would certainly not do it without checking.
