I would love to go for #2 and I was wondering how assisted hatching improves the odds. I transfered 4 perfect embies and got one singleton, I don't think I can be this aggressive next time so I am looking at assisted hatching to lower my chance of multiples while transferring less embies. If you could share your success story with AH that would be wonderful!

Well, we had AH for our second fresh cycle, which worked after our first failed. I did have a m/c that time but the RE assured me the AH did not contribute. I do believe it actually raises the chances for identical twins slightly.
We didn't have AH for this FET and I'm pregnant now. Maybe it has something to do with the quality of the embryos?
