First WTF meeting, what to ask about?

I am going for my first wtf meeting after a failed IVF cycle today.

What kind of information should I be asking for?

All answers are helpful, please respond.
41, unexplained (plain old) fsh 4.7
DH 55 lots of good swimmers
3xclomid BFN
3xIUI BFN
First and last IVF:
A) canceled due to low response on day 3
B) Negative beta April 06/09

Sis -Just wanted to say that I am sorry about your BFN. I know that sucks.

I don't have too many answers. Never actually had a WTF meeting. This past cycle I knew I wasn't going to go back to this RE so I didn't want to waist my time and money so to hear that the RE didn't have any answers.
