What are the chances for an average graded embryo?

Post by chachacha33 »

I had a day 5 blastocyst transferred yesterday. It was graded as average (the clinic uses good, average and poor). Has anyone given birth to a healthy baby following transfer of an average embryo?

I guess one could say an average embryo has average chances. Most patients don't have those picture-perfect embryos you see in the photos.

Anyway, your transfer is probably somewhere near the average for your clinic. Their success rates should be available.
