It takes 10-12 days for the trigger to clear. Because of the exponential decline in hCG level (falling by about half every 36 hours), you have had about 10 half-lives by now, and your levels from the trigger should be undetectable (less than 1 IU/l in your blood).
The time to decline to nil actually does not depend all that much on how much you take. Because of the exponential decline, a 15,000 IU dose stays in your system only a little longer, maybe about one more day, than would a 10,000 IU dose.
Short answer: The trigger should not be able to cause a false positive at this point.
At 7 days post day 5 transfer, you are starting to have a decent chance of seeing it on an HPT. A viable pregnancy would typically have hCG over 50 by now.
Best of luck.
