Hooray for heartbeat!!

Am at the end of my seventh week and got to see heartbeat pulsating on the screen yesterday. What an amazing moment. I read somewhere on here that is a good sign for future progress and that the miscarriage rate goes down now, is this correct? Don't have an actual rate, obviously it was normal, or I guess they would have said..

First congrats on your BFP!!! I think we cycled together once a while back.
I read on a site that once you see the fetal heart beat above 100 beats per minute your risk of having a miscarriage is well below 10%.
