Brown spotting after BFP? Ghost? ANyone?

Post by deftonesmo »

Aloha!
Ever the since the day of my first beta, I've been having brown spotting . . . not a whole lot . . . maybe a quarter size amount, but it's been spotting everyday . . . RE says not to worry unless it turns red . . . what causes the brown spotting?

I had that all the time early in my pregnancy. My nurse said it is most likely old blood shedding itself, and it is totally normal! I also had a few incidents of red spotting, very little, and was still totally fine. Congrats on your BFP!

Congrats on your BFP~ I wouldn't worry about brown spotting either.. brown spotting could be from your embie implanting. Some women even have light pink spotting...as long as it's not clotty and bright red heavy spotting.

I've heard the same...brown is not a problem, red is. I was told that brown spotting is some endometrial tissue sluffing off.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

I had some of brown spotting in the begining, they told me it was just old blood, but it still scared me alot. I would spot more when I was more active, like when I exercised, so try to take it easy. Try not to worry everything will be fine
