Egg Donation and IVF in Ukraine - pg, children ment.

Just found this forum while looking for info for a friend - and don't have all the links at my fingertips but you can find by using google I'm sure. I wanted to say that we have beautiful 5yr old boy twins from doing DE-IVF in Kiev - at Isida IVF. The experience was fantastic, of course I"m probably biased since it was successful. but the standard of care was very good, the people were so very friendly and helpful and seemed like they really cared if we got pg or not (not just holding out their hand for $$). Of course the political climate is different than it was when we went over, but I know people are still going and assume for foreigners only visiting for a short time it is still the same. I think now the cost is around 5-6000 euros but don't quote me on that. When we went over in 2003 - it was about 1/10th of the cost of what it would be in the US. And we got to visit an amazing place and take a vacation at the same time. So - if you are at all on the adventurous side... I would recommend you to look into it! I see lots of sites now w/ medical tourism, etc. -- yuk! It is easy enough to do on your own, you don't need those agencies trying to make a buck out of your difficult situation! my personal opinion anyhow! good luck to you all!
