egg collection successful, failed ejaculation ???

Post by marielisa »

just had my eggs collected after 15 days on gonal F, had my ovatraille injection ready for egg collection today, 5 successfully retrieved, my husband failed to produce a specimen as it was all too much pressure and not a great room to do so,
eggs were retrieved at 11.30am stored in an incubator, we had to decide what to do as they can only keep the eggs until 4.30pm, they are now frozen, just reaching out to anyone who may have experienced this? our option is to thaw the frozen eggs and try again, although we are told that this is a new option and not much success comes from this, any success stories out there to give us hope,

My clinic has had cycles like that, and good success with them, too.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

I am just suprised that they did not have your DH provide a frozen sample before for backup. We had several frozen samples and then also a TESE (little surgery) scheduled just in case.
I wish you good luck with the frozen eggs.

my clinic also has the men produce on the same day while the women are having their retrieval...
My DH also produces little on retrieval day because of the pressure and ugly room with outdated porn :?

For our next cycle I should ask about back ups JIC...
