I have a question for you all as I am very nervous this am about something. I found out that I am pregnant after a frozen embryo transfer, so I am on Progesterone shots and Estrogen patches. I had my beta a 13dpo= 148 and 15dpo= 422. I have been testing at home on FRER to make sure the line is getting darker and when I tested yesterday at 18dpo the line was bright red and darker than ever. I am only about 4w5d along or 19dpo and I have had very sore nipples everyday during this pregnancy so far. This am I woke up and the nipples don't feel sore anymore. Could I have miscarried and not have known it? I don't think I would bleed because I am on Progesterone. I am so nervous and wondering if I should call my RE or if I am overthinking this. I would love to hear an insights or advice on this.

It appears in natural pregnancies because hCG from the embryo stimulates the corpus luteum to make progesterone. It appears in an FET because you are taking progesterone supplements. In your case, it is not an indicator of the health of the pregnancy.
