I'm so glad I found a forum for support for IVF. This will be my first, and unfortunately I am going to the go through it alone because my DH just deployed to Afganistan. My mother knows, but no one else hoping that I can go through this process as stress-less as possible. Our anniversary is in Feb. and a BFP would the one of the greatest gifts of all . I am so looking forward to hearing others success stories and also give words of encouragement to those who need it because I am sure I will need it .
This can be a rough process, and to go it alone isnt necessary. Here are the most inspiring, supportive and caring women you will find. A lot of us are multiple cyclers, so the advice we get here is so helpful. Why dont you come join us over on the threads? You fall into both categories so its your choice - Nov / Dec or Jan / Feb. Theres a few of us on both so come on over!
PS - I was an Army wife for 9 years & I remember how hard deployments were alone - you've got friends here

You'll find a good amount of support that you need here! I had my first round this past fall. It was harder than I expected...the emotional roller coaster. I hope that you have a successful first cycle...and with little drama as possible. Just ask your doctor lots of questions...no question is off limits. Have a great holiday! karenthescorpio-thank you for your support.and believe me I ask alot of questions. My RE group is wonderful and they actually call and check up on the patients. I am excited and nervous at the same time, I speak with my DH every day via email and a few calls a week and he is so supportive, we keep each other strong.
I think I am on the dec/jan board and the jan/feb board. so I will post on both.
Hi all. I hope it is ok to post here, as I'm not really sure where I "belong" and am quite new to message boards.
This is our first IVF cycle, ER was done on 12/9, got 4 mature, on day 5 we had 3 blasts. On 5dt (12/14) they put 2 back (in?) They told me one was good and one was fair, the third one was slow. My blood draw in 12/22, but trying really hard not to get to excited, or hopes up. We've had three miscarriages in last few years, DH (?) is a BAD diabetic - doesn't take care of himself and they say that is our problem.
The more I read, the more I wonder, does this work? This was a lot more emotional than I thought it would be, I guess. Not really sure what I'm looking for.
