2ww...join me while we lose our minds!

hi everyone
so i am 1 week into my 2ww, and i'm starting to go crazy. anyone wanna join me?? haha
anyone who's been through the 2ww please share your stories/symptoms with me.
today i am 5dp2dt, and i'm feeling crampy, and my boobs are sore, and huge...are these signs or just side effects from my PIO shots?
this is going to be the longest week ever....i need some company!

Hi Turtle, I've been in the 2WW twice. One a BFN the other BFP which did turn out to be a miscarriage. I wish I could tell you signs, but it really is hard cause of the PIO. The first time I thought I was preggo, had some nausea and my breasts hurt but was BFN. The second time took a HPT @ 11 days post 2 day and was preggo on the HPT. I couldn't stand the torture myself and took the HPT both times. The first one sucked cause I had a BFN and my HPT was negative and then thought it was to early to test but I just wasn't preggo. I do have a DD and had tested @ home with HPT and was negative a couple days later went to RE did a HPT there and was positive. The last time I did an HPT I left it on the toilet tank, and made DH read it. I was tired of reading the failed results. Of course Iwas preggo that time, I had said to him if I had read the results it would have been negative. So, as you can see it really can be different every time. When I did find out I was preggo with IVF, I was 3 1/2 weeks so early even for symptoms. Best of luck to you and wishing you tons of babydust your way Take each day by day and keep busy !!!!!!

Hello everyone,

I'm on board also. I've been a nervous wreck too. I'm six days past ET and I'm nervous. I've been cramping for the last few days on and off. I also have this metallic taste in my mouth, yuk. Boob are sore too but I don't pay any mind to that because of the pegestrone I'm taking. They transfered two embies and I can't take my mind off it. I'm happy to see I have some support here. I think we all need it. I think it's too early to do a hpt also. That would drive me nuts too I think. I really want this to happen for my husband and I. I'm 37 and this is our first ivf and hopefully the last. Is there anything anyone can tell me to help me out on this journey. Does anyone have any symptoms yet? All the best to us all.

HI Girls! I am new here but I am in the 2WW! MY ET was on monday, 1/25/10, so I am on day 4. Ugh! This sucks! I don;t really feel anything yet...except for the sore boobs, but they have been hurting ever since stimming.
This is my 2nd IVF attempt. I am praying. I am praying for all of you guys too! Lets keep each other going!!!!

rae welcome hun! the 2ww stinks....mine ends tomorrow, and let me tell you it only get's worse. hang in there. you should hop over to the JAN/FEB cycle group and introduce yourself. there are tons of us going through all different stages of IVF right now. its a great please for support and advice!! good luck!!

Hello ladies,
I'd like to introduce myself. My 2ww end on Sunday when I do the hcg level. I've been going crazy waiting like everyone else. My mistake was taking the hpt and coming back all negative. Very depressing. When u started the whole ivf thing, I tried to keep it really quiet, but now I'm reaching out because I've realzed how difficult this is to do it alone. I'm glad to read all the supportive comments. I'm glad I discovered this form today.

T3 - Don't worry too much. I did my blood draw and then went straight home and POAS and it was negative. The next day when they called me, my beta was 97. Try not to stress...only the blood is accurate! Good luck!!

I am also in my 2ww. I transferred 2 fresh embies on jan 29th. My husband is deployed so we used a frozen specimen which intaled us having to use ICSI with this cycle. Im going crazy. Can feb 9th come any sooner. Im so thanksful for these message boards for us all to chat with. I dont have any symptoms other then then the normal ones I have had with stim week. My stomach is swollen a little still and my boobs are swore, it hurts to not have s bra on. I bought a HPT to take before my beta on the 9th, i was planning on taking it the morning of my blood work. Im so inpatient haha. Good luck to everyone

Hi there,

This is my first time posting. I am half way through my 2ww. Trying not to think about it too much and hoping this next week will go by fast. I have the usual symptoms as well from the progesterone injections. Don't feel any different otherwise. This is my 3rd IVF cycle. 1st one was a success the first try, back in 2006 - have a 3.5 year old son, Caleb. Then a failed attempt back in October 2009 and now feeling really good about this one. Implanted 2 embryos again, have with every cycle. I am definitely holding out for the blood test. Did HPT with the failed cycle as I started spotting and just had a feeling it did not stick. Much rather wait for the real result in case of a false negative/positive. Wish you all the best of luck!

Glad to see there are a lot of us in the 2ww! It stinks!
I am getting on and off AF type cramps and my bb's are killing me! I assume its from the PIO injections, but I am still worried AF is going to come. My beta is on Friday. Praying Praying Praying 1 sticks. We transferred 3. That was all we had on Day 3 so we put all of them back. I would love twins, but triplets would be scary.

Are any of you crampy too?
