Scorry,

Happy New Year, and even though I bet it was a quieter Hogmany I bet it was extra special!!

We were told that the earliest they can detect is at the 12 week scan and in Aberdeen they are reluctant to tell you as they don't have the most up to date equipment and the accuracy is not that great. I take it you are only having the one then?

Anyway keep in touch and let us know how you are getting on.

Take Care
Nicky
Hi Nicky,
Happy New Year!!!!!!!
Thanks for the info, yes, it's just the one - thank goodness, we are delighted! But I am sooooooo sick, everyday since week 6 and the vomiting kicked in on Monday, feel really bad,( but guilty about moaning).
We are off to Oz in 2 weeks, so Aberdeen said I could come by on the way back and have a scan (13 weeks then), so it would be nice if we were able to find out, if the Aberdeen clinic's ultrasonic equipment is archaic, it's still got to be far in advance of Shetland's!
Speak soon, take care,
Scorry x
