It mean two pronuclei (2PN) have formed. It's the stage of development where we determine that fertilization has occurred. However, it is not yet an embryo. In several hours the two pronuclei will join and it will become a zygote, the first stage at which it is an embryos.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
