Helen - Twins on the move

Helen Just had to share that while I have been sitting at my desk drinking a cup of tea and scoffing not 1 but 2 raspberry danish, I felt twin 2 move?!?!?!? I felt them both about 10 days ago then nothing, so I am a little hyper now, just hope Twin 1 decides to say hello I think twin 2 likes raspberry danish.....will have to eat more. I bet you are excited about your scan, can't believe I have to wait until Monday! We have decided to find out what they are, as DH is fed up of me calling them "My Boys", he said I sound like Peggy Mitchell!!! Take care Love Mags

Hi Mags - hope you don't mind me butting in as this was for Helen! How do you know whether you're feeling twin 1 or 2????? The kicks I feel are all over my tummy, sometimes really low down and sometimes a few inches above my belly button, but I don't know how you know which baby it is. I suppose later on when they haven't got room to move about much, you'll know which baby is laying at which side, but at the moment they could be all over the place?!! Can't fault you having 2 buns, really you should have 3 then it's one each including one for you! So, you're going to find out the sex of your twins? When's your next scan? Will you be telling us or keeping it quiet? Take care, Luv Rachel X

I am sooooooooooooooooooo jealous!!!!! It's driving me nuts - I'm frequently lying still to see if I can feel anything but so far, zip! 19 wks and 1 day today as you know! you must be chuffed to bits to have felt twin 2 move - a bloody good excuse to eat more danishes me thinks!! Maybe you should try a chocolate one tomorrow and see if twin 1 prefers that. Obvioulsy he/she was having a nap at the time.

(shame the smiley faces don't work anymore!) Rachel- can you remember when you first felt yours move? Happy jigging about both of you. I can't wait for us to compare notes Mags!! Rachel - can't remember - do you know what you're having?? LOL Helenxx

Rachel - Twin 1 is low down on right handside and number 2 is higher on my left. We haven't decided if we will tell everyone the sex, I think I that we won't be able to help ourselves. We have a shortlist of names, 20 girls and 15 boys!!!!! We won't name them until they are here. Next scan is Monday...I can't wait, when is yours, are you at work still?? I am hoping to finish at 26 weeks now. Helen - Good luck for tomorrow, and let us know asap, won't be long until you feel them. I'm off to get more danish, might try apple today!?!! Hi Mags & Helen Mags - my next scan is Wednesday for a 24 week growth scan. Helen - no, we don't know the sex of ours, we're being patient! LOL. I first felt them move at 16 weeks but only a real slight twitch like a nerve at first. Now they're really booting me and making my stomach jump around! Don't worry, I'm sure you'll feel them very soon. My friend didn't feel hers till she was 22 wks. Good luck for scan on Monday Mags - glad yours was ok on Friday Helen. Luv Rachel X
