my husband and all the boys just left to go fishing and i went to the bathroom and after i went pee this stuff came out. there isnt alot but it looke like snot from your nose after you had a real bad cold. i am 18 wksand 5 days pregnant. please someone tell me that this is normal and everything is ok

Becky might be a urine infection or some sort of infection - doubt you are going to m'c says one of the worst worriers who has been worrying about not taking anymore progesterone all weekend! Ring the doctor or midwife to put your mind at rest. Love Tracey xxxx

Becky, I have read in a book I am reading that you can get large amounts of discharge during the second trimester.( It suggested using panty liners if things got bad) I am sure it is probably this, however, if yu are worried call your midwife or see your doctor. Lots of love and hugs Kirsty xxx

It is normal to have increased discharge and as long as it's yellowy or clear is usually nothing to worry about - if you are itchy as well it could be thrush or some other infection. I have had the same now and again when I wipe after having a wee. I'm sure you'll be fine. Take care, Luv Rachel X
