Hi

Im 7 weeks and 1 day (not sure how many hours!!!!).

Am a bit bunged up in the toilet dept, but whne I do go, its a funny colour - dark green/black. Is this normal????

Also, have a small lump on left breast. Been to Dr who says that its nothing nasty but is sending me for a needle biopsy. thinks its down to pg - blocked ducts or something. Has anyone else had this happen.

So worried about stuff, can't concentrate on actually enjoying being pg!

LOL

Rachel
x
Hi Rachel,

i just wondered if you were on the pessaries still? When I was on these everything seemed a different in the loo dept!! if not maybe you could mention it to your doctor..you might need a supplement of somthing?! (not sure what!)

I am not sure about lumps on breasts but I am sure I have read that this can happen during preganacy.

We are always worrying aren't we?? I hope that you get these concerns ironed out so that you can start enjoying your pregnancy!!

Lots of love
Kirstyx
TTC for 7 yrs (have severe endo and pcos and hubby has v low sperm) until became pg after ICSI cycle last feb. Now am the lucky mother of perfect little boy called Joshua born last october.
Hi Rachel

If you're taking any vitamin supplements containing iron, these make your poo very dark, nearly black. When I was taking the pronatal, mine was same.

Hope this helps!

Luv Rachel X
(24 wks + 4 days with twins)
Dear Rachel,

I have been bunged up all the way through (12 weeks today) - but I haven't checked the colour! My GP prescribed me some Fybogel, which seems to help. Drink plenty of water as well and try and eat fibre. I think it's fairly common in pregnancy, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I also found that I was running to the loo all the time during the first few weeks (that seems to have got better recently), which can't help.

My boobs haven't been lumpy, but are very heavy! I'm sure it will be fine as your GP says,

Good luck,

Alison xx
thanks all of you!

Have been taking pronatal and that appears to be the cause, like you said. Drinking lots of nice fybogel - God its grim!

Just the sore belly and twingy back to get me in a pickle now!!!!

Thanks

LOL

Rachel
x
