Post by Lizzy7 »

Haven't been posting much ( i was a bit paranoid everyone was wrong until i had my scan!!)

Had my nuchal today and everything seems to be ok - was amazing to see bubba, could see the nose and tiny fingers. DH was a bit overcome - bless him. I was just amazed how clear it all was and really happy to know that there really is something there!!

Got some results from a blood test (nothing to do with scan) and apparently i have odd blood!! Have to have another test at 28 weeks but doc seems to think it will be fine.

Love and luck to everyone,
Lizzy xxx

Dear Lizzy,

Glad everything went well - it's such a relief isn't it? I had my 12 week scan yesterday (well 12 weeks and 2 days). I was totally amazed about how much you can see - it actually looks like a human being now instead of a blob!!

Did you get to hear the heartbeat as well?

We've decided that we can start to relax now and start telling people (well most people know already, but there's still the odd person we need to inform).

Have you got a bump yet?

Alison xx
