Kamaile - Some protocols call for 5 lbs and others say nothing over 10lbs, I say go with your instinct. If you lift something and you think it is too heavy, do not carry it. I know it is hard but try not to over analyze everything. You should take it easy and continue to live your life even though you are pregnant because we all have several more months until delivery!

My re took a different approach he said not to lift anything you wouldn't normally lift. So if you normally lift a gallon of milk, you should be fine. I lifted my toddlers about 25 and 35lbs during my ivf cycle, and my RE said it was no problem.

Kamaile-
My RE says nothing over 30 lbs, but only because Progesterone relaxes your muscles and puts you at increased risk for pulling a muscle.
