Ghost I need an opinion

Hello Ghost I had 5 days transfer yesterday at 11 am around 9 pm I was vomiting so bad I assume it could the progestrone since i have been taking the shots for 6 days and the dosasge is 1cc. I need a second opinion, I lost appetite I am nauseated all the time, I don't know what to eat, I feel so sick .

Please help.

I could be progesterone. Assuming you had a fresh transfer, then your levels may be rising due to your many follicles making progesterone, and in greater quantities than you ever had before. But it could be something else.

Be sure to tell your clinic.

Thank so much Ghost, I really appreciate your help I am calling the clinic right now. Like you said this time I had 19 eegs retrieved compare to my first cycle where i only had 7 eggs.

Hi Ghost I just wanted to update you about my nausea and vomiting after the transfer, so I called my Md yesterday soon as I got your post, He ordered a medication called METOCLOPRAMIDE 10MG for the nausea to take right away, then he wanted me to weight myself.
I have been feeling better since I took the pill, thank you for all your time, help and support.

Jamila - I hope you feel better soon. Vomiting is no fun at all. It sounds like your RE might have been concerned about OHSS because the symptoms normally appear 4 or 5 days after collection and he asked you to weigh yourself. I hope that's not the case but please keep us updated on your progress.

Hey Angela how are doing? and how is the baby? I think you are right about OHSS this cycle was not pleasant for me, because I lost 6 pounds during the 10 days stim . I had this nausea episodes the whole time , the day before the retrieval I was weighting 120 pounds and yesterday my weight was 121, I am just pryaing this time it will works. This whole process made so tired, thank you for the support and nice to hear from you.
