Novarel Question

I had my ET last Thursday and after the transfer I was give a novarel injection. I then went in on Monday for bloodwork and they called me Monday night and told me to do another novarel injection. Any idea why? I go back in the morning for bloodwork again and will ask, but wondered if anyone knew why I was doing this.
