our issue is male factor infertility. i just stumbled upon information about clomid being used by men who have a low sperm count. so i have a few questions:
-how successful is this?
-what are the side effects?
-does it only help w/ count or does it help w/ other issues, such as motility or morphology?

From these, it seems they think it's a benefit, but more study is needed to be certain.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
My husband is currently on clomid for sever male factor also. His testosterone was very low and has gone back to normal since he's been on the meds. He started in January. He started out at 8 million before meds and is up to 36 million now. Thats still not in normal conceive on your own range, but its better. The problem is the one time we were scheduled for insemination in april, after the sperm was washed the count went way down. The other problem is that his motility has never been good either and it has actually gone down since being on clomid. He actually has varicose veins on his testicles and plans to have surgery to tie them up called a variocacele (I have no idea how to spell that) after we try ivf. This surgery takes anywhere from 6 to 9 months to show improvement but studies show decent improvement in motility if varicose veins are a factor. We didn't want to wait that long, however, just to be disappointed if the count and motility didn't go up enough so we are doing ivf in hopes of baby #2 being conceived with insemination or naturally down the road....though unlikely since we've found out I have issues too but we can always hope. Our doctor said even back with the low count he had that he only needed a few good sperm for ivf. Hope this helps! Good luck!
