Has anyone done one of those fasting cleanses in between cycles? A friend of mine is suggesting it before I do my next (and last) fresh IVF cycle in January? She is big into one particular brand and said the literature stated that it can help with infertility....I think I am grasping at straws here and I really can't imagine any kind of strict regimen during the holidays, but I thought I would throw the idea out there and see if anyone has done it or if you think it is a marketing ploy for women like us!

I don't really know anything about the cleanse, but I am going to try using the IVF success program. We had our first baby this past march after 5 years of trying. We would like for number two to not take sooo long, so I am going to try everything I can come up with. The IVF success program is based around diet, acupuncture, stress releaving techniques, etc. Don't know if it works but I think it is worth a try.
