Just wanted to start a poll on how many cycles everyone has done before they got a BFP...

Let's see how this goes...

Age: 24 & 26
TTC: ~3years
Other treatments before IVF: a round of Clomid before we discovered our severe male factor and need for IVF/ICSI
# of IVF cycles before for BFP: BFP on my first and fourth cycle - both were losses. Hoping that #6 is the lucky one
How many transfered: either 1 or 2
POAS: Always!
How many stuck: 2 when I transferred 2 and 1 when I transferred 1 - but then again, there have been times when the 1 or 2 didn't stick at all

TTC: Never - DH has had a vasectomy

# of IVF cycles before for BFP: 1 freeze all cycle due to severe OHSS and one FET! Got to be happy with that!
How many transfered: 1
POAS: As soon as I could (1 way too early, 1 faint positive that I took for a negative on day 9 DPT, 1 positive day 10, then about 10 more just to make sure I wasn't imagining it over the next few weeks!)
How many stuck: 1

How many transfered: fresh #1: 3 three-day embies; frozen: 4 three-day embies; fresh#2: 2 five-day embies
POAS: yes; only on my last IVF
How many stuck: 1 healthy baby boy

Other treatments before IVF: none, natural pregnancies but misc. & ectopic

How many transferred: IVF # 1 – two embryos & IVF # 2 – 1 embryo
POAS: every chance I got … lol
How many stuck: IVF # 1 – two stuck & IVF # 2 – one stuck

hey rosario..its good to hear your update..i had cycled with you in jun-jul 2009 and was pretty upset to hear about your triplets at that time..im very excited to hear that you naturally conceived and had a healthy baby..congrats!

How many stuck: 2 (but lost both)

so I started over with more IVF

POAS: constantly
How many stuck: 1 (Katie - and sad as I was about the first failure with twins, I know I would not have my amazing little girl)!

TTC: 0 months due to age
Other treatments before IVF: none
# of IVF cycles before for BFP: on 2nd attempt but no bfp

Other treatments before IVF: none, went straight to IVF after being diagnosed with male factor infertility
# of IVF cycles before for BFP: 4 fresh, 2 frozen (6th time was the charm--3 miscarriages along the way)
How many transfered: 2 blast
POAS: positive 5dp5dt, but I had really high levels--most do not get positives this early
How many stuck: one miracle baby!

How many transferred: 2 day five blasts
POAS: Nope

No. cycles before bfp: 5 but took till 7th cycle to finally get our baby.
How many transferred: 2 3day 8 cell embroyos
POAS: ASAP!!!!
