Sleeping?

Hi Emma,
Do you keep having to go to the loo ?? That happens to me too, I usually get up at about 1am and again at about 4am and then at about 6.30 ish- It doesn't seem to get better!! The key seems to be getting straight back to sleep again. When I can I have a good nights sleep, but if I let myself wake up properly then I have had it and I am awake for hours!! (Keep thinking about baby and things!)
The books all say this is normal, but can be annoying I know.

Cammomile tea is good if you can't get back to sleep..but means getting out of bed!! I have also found that getting up and tidying the kitchen helps me get back to sleep-( but I am very weird and obviously need professional help!!)

Well-I suppose our little darlings will be keeping us up every three hrs or so when after they arrive so we should probably get used to it!

Take care and rest when you can!
Lots of love
Kirsty
xx

Sleeping?

Hi There

Just to let you know I also suffer I can't sleep an whole night through without waking up. I get up about 3/4 times in the night for the toilet and then I go back to bed. What I have found is when I go to bed I lie on my side but the baby starts kicking so I lie on my other side and then it kicks so I just have problems getting comfy because I think I am squashing the little one. I am sure when the baby/babies in other peoples cases are here we won't sleep straight through for some nights so I guess this is just preparing us.

Love
Shell.
24wks 6d pg
xx
