Chatroom - help

Dear All<br><br>I've been trying to get into the Chat room but I can't. I think the problem has been raised before and someone mentioned needing "Flash" software.<br><br>Does anyone know where I can download what I need? Your help would be appreciated!<br><br>Ta<br><br>Bibby

Hello Bibby<br><br>You should be able to download it from hear, go to this website for the flash player<br><br> http://www.macromedia.com/downloads/<br><br>and then click on MACROMEDIA FLASH PLAYER and download it.<br><br>Good Luck.

Thanks but I tried the download which went Ok, but I still can't get in. When I enter my name and press enter, a little window pops up which says something like "Bye Bibby, we hope to see you soon".<br><br>Can't understand it at all but it's very frustrating to miss out on the chats!!!!!!!!!<br><br>Bibby
