I was just reading a post here about miscarriage and started to think about ours. We suffered from 3 early miscarriages before finally going on to have a healthy little boy. All the heartache was worth it, he is such a blessing!
What came to my mind while I was reading someones post was the vast amount of miscarriages you hear about in the "infertility community". I know that early miscarriages are pretty common, even with fertile people, but I can't help but think we suffer from more of them. Has anyone thought about this or read a study or anything? Is it because we find out we are pregnant so early, is it because we are infertile and our embryos are possibly not as good of quality? Not that knowing why would help ease anyones pain, I guess I am just curious about this. Thanks for any input, and I am sorry for anyone who has had to suffer pregnancy loss. If you are still trying for your miracle, it can happen!

I think with IVF and ICSI, that some embryo's that wouldn't be fertilized in the normal world are fertilized. In most cases probably they are not chromosonally normal. Add in the fact that we know sooner then most that we are preggo, then when the pregnancy is lost and it shows up in the chemical or m/c category. That's just my thinking.

All of those ideas are correct.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
Thanks for responding. It just seems almost cruel that we can't get pregnant and when we finally do, there is a decent chance that we will miscarry. One of our miscarriages even made it to eigth weeks, with the heartbeat being seen.
