Has anyone in the forum taken Bromelain supplements. I am going to give them a whirl this cycle but, I am not sure of the dosage and the time frame to take before/after transfer. Any feedback or experiences would be greatly appreciated

You can get it by eating the core of pineapple.

Exactly. I get a fresh pineapple and eat a cup everyday, core included =)
