36 percentile at 34 weeks..pls advice.

My baby is 36 percentile at 34 weeks, weights 4lbs 16oz.

Dr said that she needs to keep an close eye to monitor cord blood flow and on these annoying fibroid not causing baby's growth to slow down. Acc to ob baby might be born by 37/38 weeks.

So far I have been to ER for extreme pain because of fibroid and occasionally have to take pain meds.

Any similar experience? any insight?

not sure if this helps, but when DD was born at 36 weeks, 4 days, she was 4 lbs 12 oz . . . she's 18 months now and although her weight is still in the 5th percentile, her height is at 40% and she is happy and healthy! Maybe you have a little one in there =)

So happy to hear from you....although terribly sorry about fibroid and pain.

My babies were 44-66th percentile entire pregnancy. Then at 33 weeks, dropped to 14th percentile. Although I was incredibly worried and upset, they told me they only "worry" if less than 10th percentile. Now, I had a host of other things going on--specifically Pre-eclampsia that sent me to the hospital, but my babies were born the next day--at 33w3d and were only 3lbs 6oz and 3lbs 9 oz and they both did great despite the lower birth weight. Your little one is well over 4lbs already....and at the 36th percentile, I wouldn't worry too much. And with them closely monitoring things, I am sure they will catch it if there are any problems.

Margi momma!! How are you my dear friend! Your babies are just super cute!!! Really appreciate your response. I am able to relax a bit ( most of the time :)my baby keeps kicking me so hard,she may thnk that she is from "Beckham" family lol. Cant wait to hold her in my arms.

My babies and I are well...keeping me busy, tired, and exhausted...but also blissfully happy!
